RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At OILSART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please make sure to contact us first at viviane@oilsart.com before sending anything back.
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.
Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Sale items or gift cards

Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling
General Return Process

Initiate a Return
Email us at viviane@oilsart.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item.
Our customer support team will review your request within 3 business days. -
Ship the Item Back
If approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions.
Please use a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation — we are not responsible for lost packages. -
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
After inspection, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement as requested.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue), we’ll cover the full return cost.

If the return is due to the buyer’s preference (change of mind, wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

If you haven’t received the refund within that time, please check your bank or credit card account.
(Some banks take extra time to process refunds.) -

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately after purchase.

If your payment is completed but the parcel has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
