RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At OILSART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please make sure to contact us first at viviane@oilsart.com before sending anything back.
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.


Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling


General Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Email us at  viviane@oilsart.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item.
    Our customer support team will review your request within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back
    If approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions.
    Please use a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation — we are not responsible for lost packages.

  3. Refund or Exchange
    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days.
    After inspection, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement as requested.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, quality issue), we’ll cover the full return cost.

  • If the return is due to the buyer’s preference (change of mind, wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

  • We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

  • If you haven’t received the refund within that time, please check your bank or credit card account.
    (Some banks take extra time to process refunds.)

  • If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at viviane@oilsart.com.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately after purchase.

  • If your payment is completed but the parcel has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
