1. Painting or print?
All paintings are hand-painted on canvas by our artists, and we do not sell prints in our store.
2. Can I customize my painting?
Yes, you can customize your painting. Just send us your exact requirements, including size, pictures, and details before placing an order. We will do our best to meet your requirements.
3. Will the painting be framed?
Our paintings are not framed by default. Since this kind of oil painting cannot be rolled up for transportation, for transportation safety, it is recommended that you purchase a frame and provide us with the information of the frame color, size, and material you need. We will customize the appropriate frame for you, and you need to pay the cost of the frame extra.
4. Is the painting I purchased the same as the photo on the page?
Not exactly. Since all our paintings are handmade by our international artists, there may be slight variations that make your order unique. Your painting will be almost the same, but not exactly the same.
5. How will you deliver my painting?
All paintings are shipped via FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Each painting is checked and professionally packaged by our team. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery after it is shipped from our office. It usually takes 7 to 14 days to complete a painting, but a lot depends on the size and customization you require.
6. Can I return the painting if it does not meet my expectations?
Yes, please return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the goods are received, we will refund the money. The painting should be returned in the original packaging, and you should bear the return shipping costs, customs duties and additional fees. All orders with confirmed shipment are not eligible for return.
7. Care Instructions
- Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay it face down.
- Never hang a canvas outdoors, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
- Do not use any chemical cleaners to clean the canvas.
- If over the years you notice that the canvas has started to loosen and sag. You can spray the back of the canvas with an even and fine layer of clean or distilled water. The canvas should tighten up after it dries.
